Start your week off right. Get outside and walk, run, hike, or bike. The time for excuses is OVER. The video below is of my 23yr old son. He doesn't believe in excuses either . Now, get moving.

YES. YOU can
Where I started |
Chances are pretty good, that if I hadn't decided to change my life in 2006, this blog would not exist. For that matter, I, most likely would not exist. Pre 2006, I was moving full speed ahead into a casket. I shoveled copious amounts of garbage food into my mouth, smoked like a train, and drank like a fish. I decide I had enough. I was tired of being fat. Honestly, I was not fat, I was obese. On my 5 foot 5 frame I carried 220 pounds around. I wore a size 16/18 dress( that was tight ). I wore a size 18 pants ( getting tight ). I donned size XL or 40/42 size shirts ( they were not allowed in the dryer ). I wore a size 40D bra.
Me today |
XL used to be my size |
Wearing a small today |
I wanted my first post here to show you that "I have been there". I decided to take control of my life and my health. It was not always easy, and sometimes it hurt a lot. But, I can say with all honesty, that it was totally worth every tear I shed and every bit of discomfort I experienced.
LivingOutLoud describes me to a T. I am very passionate about life and what it has to offer. I have learned a lot over the last 6 years of my journey and feel compelled to share it all. The good, the bad, and the ugly. The time to live life is NOW. What's stopping you?

Welcome
Hello there and welcome to my new blog. Feel free to add yourself to my followers so you wont miss anything. The content of this blog will be the same as on apabstsmear. Only better. There will be more contests, more gear reviews, more motivational stories, etc... I am very excited to get this blog up and moving and look forward to creating it and tailoring it to fit me, Wendy Davis. I will no longer be writing under Sasha Pestrosovich. It's time to close that chapter and continue Living Out Loud. The title fits, doesn't it?
